Darren Camponi awakes
in a strange room on a strange bed. All indications tell
him he'd been there for a while. How long, he doesn't
know. He's about to find out that he's time traveled again,
and this time he has been sent back with a mission. The
past, present, and future have all become one and he must
sort them out to get the job done, if he can only remember
what it is. All he knows is that the presidential election
is coming soon and he can't stop thinking about it.

The time travel experiment
Camponi volunteered for was supposed to be a hoax. Time
travel was not possible. It was all a simulation. If this
is the case, then why has Camponi's present changed? First,
his friend has memories of the events that transpired
during the experiment. Then, the same friend's parents
end up divorced when they had originally stayed together.
Camponi doesn't want to dig deeper. He doesn't want to
know that he's changed more.
One man has the answers.
He's supposedly locked up in a cell in federal prison.
Darren will find out that Jason Caufield might be under
federal watch, but his cell is not in a penitentiary,
it is in a lab, enabling him to do what no one else can...send
someone back in time to alter specific events. The machine
was calibrated for Camponi. Only he can use it.
What will it take
to make Camponi volunteer once again? What will happen
when he finally agrees?
